On adding the product to cart, the order details are displayed for your confirmation. The checkout button furnishes the complete details of the billing and shipping. Once this is done, the overall final price including shipping is displayed.

Your orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies who are qualified to handle valuable products. All shipping charges for all orders shall be borne by the Customer. Orders are shipped within 7 business days for products in stock or as per the date agreed at the time of order confirmation (in the case of any customisations involved) and delivery of the shipment is subject to courier company norms. Naturessence Foods PVT. LTD. is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company within 7 business days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

1. Submit a video of you opening the pack you purchased for the first time within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Pack the product in the same way you received it.

3. On receiving a confirmation mail from our end, you can ship the package to the marketer’s address.

Once your returned item is received our Quality Assurance department will review the returned item and convey the decision. Any items that show signs of wear or have been altered, resized or damaged cannot be accepted for 100% return.

The cost to courier to marketer’s address is to be borne by the customer.
